What makes us different
I've discovered that women over 40 consistently struggle with weight gain due to a combination of factors. As we age, hormonal changes, particularly a decrease in estrogen, can affect fat distribution and metabolism which is why we see more belly fat. Additionally, muscle mass decreases with age (known as sarcopenia) which can slow down calorie burning. Cutting calories and increasing cardio only exacerbates these issues! I've developed a program to help you change your lifestyle so that you will see positive changes in your body. It is NOT a diet! You will build muscle and learn how to track your macronutrients for the long term

Intermediate/advanced strength training to improve power on the bike in less time. Focuses on strengthening your "mover" muscles which leads to fewer injuries on the bike. Great for distance cyclists.
